For stubborn blocked drains, our local Longlands drainage engineers are fully trained to carry out high pressure water jetting. Drain jetting is performed using a high-pressure water jetting unit which is capable of pressurising water to between approximately 3000 and 4000 Psi (which is about 200 to 275 times that of atmospheric pressure), and then spraying that water via a nozzle into the offending drain. A2B Drains Longlands can carry out this service on domestic and commercial properties in Longlands.
However, Longlands drain jetting does not come risk-free. Injuries sustained from a high-pressure water jetter should be treated as a surgical emergency - the injury is characterised by a small entry wound with excessive internal injuries (visibly similar to that of a gunshot wound). Our local Longlands drainage engineers wear suitable PPE that can take direct blows from water jetters at all times. Remember that it only takes 100 Psi water to penetrate the skin.
Customer Name: John R. Davis. I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Customer Name: Mrs P M Booke.I rang and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who was extremely helpful and gave me information, cost and the main thing, when someone would come to see me. True to everything he said a very nice young man turned up within the time slot. His name was Robert Thompson he was extremely caring and he knew straight away what was wrong. Upon leaving he gave me his phone number and told me to contact him if need be. Needless to say I have not had to ring him because he seems to have done the right thing on it. It was a pleasure to have such a good workman in the house so polite etc. You have a very caring company and long may you continue.
